After honing her craft in Valencia, Spain, Jen is one of the only female Cortadoras Profesional de Jamón in the United States. Her obsession with Jamón Ibérico began during a month long visit to Spain 15 years ago. As a long time vegetarian, Jen was overtaken by the temptation of the delicacy that is Jamón Ibérico. Suffice it to say, she is now a fully recovered vegetarian and looks forward to sharing her love of Jamón with you!
When she is not carving Jamón, you can find Jen playing polo, SUP'ing in Sausalito, drinking rosé in wine country or traveling the world!
